These terms briefly explain how you may use this site and how working with Mobteco works. The site presents our work — it is not an online store.

The site is operated by MOBTECO PRODUCT S.R.L. (CUI 16109994, J2004001456400), registered at 1 Murelor St., District 1, Bucharest. “Artesi Mobili” is the brand under which we present our work.
The site is for presentation: portfolio, services and contact. We do not sell products online and no contracts are concluded directly through the site.
How a collaboration works
Messages sent through the form or by email are invitations to talk, not firm orders. Every project starts with a conversation, an on-site assessment and a written proposal.
Prices, timelines and conditions become binding only once agreed in writing, through an accepted offer or a signed contract.
Content and copyright
The texts, images, projects and visual identity on this site belong to Mobteco Product S.R.L. or our partners and are protected by law.
You may view them for information. Reproducing, copying or using them for other purposes without our written consent is not permitted.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to keep the information on the site correct and up to date. Errors may still occur, and some images are illustrative; each real project is defined by the proposal and contract specific to it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreements are settled, preferably, amicably; failing that, the courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction.
