When you fill in the contact form, we collect only the data you give us: name, company or institution, email address, phone number and the project details you describe.

When you visit the site, our hosting providers may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited), used strictly to run and secure the site.

We use the data from the form to reply to you, prepare an offer and handle the correspondence around a possible project.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We do not use the data for profiling or advertising.

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it only with the providers that help us operate — for example web hosting and email services — strictly for the purposes above, and with authorities where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to reply and manage the relationship, then delete or anonymise it — except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, accounting records).
