We've gathered the questions we get most often, from private clients and from institutions. If you don't find your answer below, write to us or call — we read every message and reply within 24 hours.
- Do you work with private individuals too, not just institutions?
- Yes. Alongside hospitals, schools, hotels and offices, we also build bespoke residential furniture for private clients. The same team that equips institutions makes your kitchen, living room or fully fitted furniture, with the same care and discretion.
- Do you deliver nationwide or only in Bucharest?
- We build in Bucharest, in our own workshop, and deliver across the country. We have work in 41 counties, 1,000+ turnkey projects, installed by our own teams — with no unknown subcontractors on your site.
- How quickly do you reply to an enquiry?
- We read every message and reply within 24 hours. For urgencies, call us directly at +40 727 225 813. Every project starts with an on-site visit and a structured written proposal.
- Do you handle the design too, or do I need a finished project?
- We work turnkey, with or without an existing project. We have our own design department: designers, architects and engineers on the same team, delivering a 3D model, shop drawings and specs. If you bring a project, we take it over; if not, we draw it from scratch.
- Do you have the certifications required for public tenders?
- Yes. We hold ISO 14001, ISO 14024 and Quality Cert, and for every project we prepare the file with documentation that passes inspections and public tenders.
- Who actually builds and installs the furniture?
- We do, under one roof. We produce in our own workshop, with CNC lines since 2012, and install with our own teams. We don't hand the job to unknown subcontractors — one name answers, from the first brief to install.
- What materials do you work with?
- Solid wood, melamine, stainless steel, glass and marble. We choose the right material for each job, with full traceability, from board to finished product.
- Do you only supply furniture?
- Furniture is the core, but we hand over complete spaces. Through partnerships built over years of collaboration, we complete the fit-out with everything else the space needs: office equipment and printers for office spaces, tableware and accessories for HoReCa, and more. You deal with one partner; we coordinate the rest.
- What happens after install?
- The relationship doesn't end at install. We offer service, spare parts and on-demand callouts, because institutional furniture is used daily and intensely. We stay one call away after handover too.
- How do we start a project?
- Write to us at office@mobteco.ro, call us or fill in the contact form. We start with an on-site visit, measure the space and come back with a structured written proposal.
- Are you a new company?
- We've been building furniture since 2004. In 21 years we've worked for over 5000 clients, with 100+ partners, and delivered 1,000+ turnkey projects across 41 counties.
